Document from sp+am workshop includes:

1. Architectural spatial analysis, commentary on the structure and MEP services. List of existing features and any potential issues.

2. Local council requirements + regulations (we suggest potential size of extensions or garden studios)

3. Potential development scenario (narrative and basic sketch)

* Architectural survey could be included for an additional fee if not provided by the owner/agent -£5/sqm

New layout proposals for existing buildings and apartments + architectural analysis of current layout - £1000-£3000

Document from sp+am workshop includes:

1. Existing layout

2. Proposed General Arrangement layout

3. Early stage materials scheme

* Architectural survey could be included for an additional fee if not provided by the owner/agent -£5/sqm

** Fees range is based on project complexity and size.

Small projects development with concept, finalised layout and basic construction layout for budget up to £100K - fees starting from £2000

Document from sp+am workshop includes:

1. Proposed concept, working with clients brief, agreed and signed by the client.

2. Basic Material scheme

3. Internal wall elevations with furniture and wall colours.

4. Basic Elements specifications and quantities spreadsheet.

*This is for projects with more modest budget and therefore smaller architectural scope

Bespoke consultation

Bespoke consultancies are available when longer-term, more comprehensive design support is required.

This lowers the expense of hiring an architect while enabling us to work on the project progressively and in greater detail.
